Andy has worked in online marketing for over 16 years. Starting out selling online advertising, through to being involved in a number of startups as well as managing teams of 20+, Andy brings a lot of experience in the online genre. Andy joins the PAASE Management Team to help shape the next phase of our growth.

Dave has a strong background in process development, and automation flows, as well as developing customer relationships. As a seasoned CSM, Dave has transitioned to the commercial team to pursue new business prospects and take a lead on sales opportunities.

Conor is a detail-oriented marketer with a track record of accomplishment both academically and professionally. His passion for marketing and sales grew further working for numerous SME’s, delivering successful marketing campaigns and working closely with clients.

Lisa has over 15 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, having worked in management roles for large brands across retail and leisure, sectors such as Mothercare, Domino's Pizza, Stonegate Pub Co and Avis Budget Group. Her skills include copywriting, design and email marketing, and her role is to support clients in implementing their marketing strategies and driving engagement.

Experienced Team Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the online, digital and marketing industry. Strong marketing and digital professional with a Bachelor's degree focused in Web Development.

A highly motivated, experienced and passionate individual with a proven track record of delivering an excellent service and building strong client relationships. Possessing 5 years’ experience in the email marketing sector handling client data and managing email campaigns.

Catherine has over 5 years of experience in eCommerce and digital marketing, after graduating from Manchester Metropolitan University with a First Class Hons in marketing. Her email experience has supported large brands across retail and leisure sectors, such as Interflora, Footasylum, Travelodge, Warner Leisure and Haven Holidays. Her skills include account and project management, email marketing, and her role is to support clients in implementing their marketing strategies and driving engagement with email.

Amy joined us from Haven Holidays with over 12 years of experience in marketing and account management. Her skills include copywriting, email marketing, account management and building marketing plans. Her role is to support clients in implementing and continually optimising successful email marketing strategies to drive engagement and revenue.

Tom has been working in Marketing and Communications for several years working in such sectors as Retail, Education, Charity and Law. As a marketing “all-rounder” he has had the chance to develop skills in email marketing, social media content management, copywriting, and graphic design. His list of previous clients and partners include ASDA, Halfords, Sainsbury’s, Argos, American Golf, and The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives.

Jan has been a designer for more than a decade. She is a creative that always has an idea, new picture or something visual running through her head. She can’t help seeing a picture before she’s seen words on it. She’s drawn to colour, pattern and the beauty of nature around her. She has always been drawn to art and design. She has one foot in the world of print and one foot in the pixel world and loves them equally.

Lee has over 17 years of experience in Retail, having worked in management roles for large brands across retail such as Tesco, Co-op and The Works. His skills include Retail marketing and will be further improving his skills in the email marketing sector. His role is to support clients in implementing their marketing emails, as well as design and creative input to the client.

Liz's background is in design and content production and over the past six years has worked for companies such as Next PLC, Pep&Co and Medivet. She is now undertaking an apprenticeship to move into email marketing and will support the wider team with client projects. Her skills include Adobe Creative Cloud, brand design and image manipulation.

Henry is currently on a one year placement year here at PAASE Digital. He is studying at Bournemouth University and is taking an interest in marketing, particularly in digital marketing. He is taking on a range of responsibilities in creating email campaigns including supporting and implementing clients marketing emails.

Leo has recently graduated from Middlesex University with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a Master’s Degree in Digital Marketing. Looking to accelerate his career in digital marketing, he has taken the opportunity to work with PAASE Digital to develop his skills in email marketing. Leo will look to develop his skills as a CSE working around campaign planning and supporting the CSMs to provide strategic support for clients.
